The image displayed is an image of my boy Jacob from around the time he was diagnosed with Autism. We were lucky enough to find AEIOU Foundation and the positive impact this wonderful organisation had on our lives can't be put into words. Jacob is now a teenager and seeing him grow every day is what reinforces what great things can be done when people care enough.

Our experiences as a family with what challenges Autism can bring inspired us to start Team Jacob - this is our way of helping AEIOU Foundation in their endeavours to help other just like us.
